A deposit of $500.00 - $1,000.00 will confirm all bookings and is required to secure fabrics/laces/embellishments for all gowns.

It is important to put your name as a reference for the transaction.
Petticoats
Petticoats are hire only (unless prior arrangements have been make).
Pick up: Petticoats are to be picked up 3-4 days before the wedding.
Return: Petticoats MUST be returned the Monday following the wedding.
Please note: All cleaning of petticoat is done by The Bridal House by Corina Snow.
Quality
We pride ourselves on our high quality of workmanship, however we are not infallible.
Although rare, if a construction fault has occurred prior to or during the wedding we will endeavour to repair the fault.
Please note all haberdashery e.g. zips, hooks and buttons are beyond our control.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation after receiving deposit within seven days incurs no penalties unless fabrics/lace/embellishments have already been secured. Seven days after receiving the deposit, this will incur a $500.00 cancellation fee. If fabrics/laces/embellishments have already been secured and are in store, the client will incur the full cost of these fabrics, unless prior arrangements have been made.
